Kuchenmeister Line

The ancestry of Margaret Mary Kuchenmeister (1915-2015), mother of Patricia (Hatten) Dwyer, of Almena, Wisconsin. Her father’s family were Bavarians who settled at Delano, Minnesota; her mother’s, the Panians, came from Stari Trg ob Kolpi in the White Carniola of Slovenia, married into a Bavarian family, the Haberkorns, at Dubuque, Iowa, and moved on to Westphalia, Iowa, Zell in Dakota Territory, and Almena.
