Anna Maria Haberkorn
Known as Mary in the records, she was probably the eldest child of George Haberkorn of Sherrill, Iowa, and Theresia Lang, and probably the mother of Theresa M. Panian, who married Joseph George Kuchenmeister. Born at Sherrill in 1854, as the Ancestry tree has it, she married Jurji Panian at Dubuque in 1875 and died at Almena, Wisconsin, in 1919.

Notes
Theresa Kuchenmeister’s mother, the eldest child of George Haberkorn of Sherrill, Iowa. “Anna” in the tree and the Zell caption, but Mary in every source from 1894 to 1922: the 1894 list of her father’s children, both 1922 biographies (“Mary (Haberkon)” in her son-in-law’s, and in her husband’s “Mart [Mary] Haberkorn, who was born in Dubuque, Iowa, Aug. 14, 1864 [1854], the daughter of George and Theresa (Lang) Haberkorn”), and the family history page (“Mary Habercorn”). They are one woman, probably baptized Anna Maria and known as Mary. Her baptism at Sherrill would confirm it. Married George Panian at Dubuque on 12 April 1875; died at Almena in 1919.
