Lucy Ellen Bell

Daughter of William H. Bell, carpenter and county coroner, and Adeline Fairchild, born at Elkhorn, Wisconsin, in 1858. At eighteen she married her second cousin George W. Frost; they were at Harlan, Iowa, in 1880, and she was the mother of Dora Belle and Florence. She died at Santa Cruz, California, in March 1887, five months after her husband became cashier of the City Bank there.
