Notes
Wife of Thomas Millett; came with him on the Elizabeth in 1635. Mollie Pfeiffer gave her death date of 1682 to her daughter Mary (Millett) Riggs.
Her sisters, per NEHGR 32:55-56: Ann (Pierce), Ursula (Batten), Katharine (Daniel), Elizabeth (“probably the wife of John Allen”) and Susanna (Wales). Ursula sailed with the Milletts on the Elizabeth in 1635, aged 32. Mary, her mother and three of her sisters signed Dorchester petitions of about 1648 in favour of “a noted midwife, Alice Tilley” (NEHGR 32:55).
Online trees put her marriage at St Saviour’s, Southwark, but give two dates, 1 May 1629 and 7 Feb 1632. Neither cites a source.

Checked against the records
- DisprovenMary (Millett) Riggs died at Gloucester in 1682
She died on 23 Jan 1694/5: "Mary, w. Thomas, sr." (Gloucester vital records). The 1682 date belongs to her mother, Mary (Greenaway) Millett, who was dead by 27 Sept 1682.
Read it in the book, p. 171 → - PossibleThe Greenaways, of Stains, came on the Mary and John in 1630
The parentage is proven: John Greenaway's deed of gift of 1650 names "Thomas & mary Millett my sonne in Lawe & daughter" (NEHGR 32:56). That the Greenaways came on the Mary and John is only "supposed" (NEHGR), and "Stains" has not been found.
