Notes
Wife of Lieut. Reinold Marvin of Lyme, whom she married about 1662, and the third daughter of George Clark “Jr.” of Milford. There were two George Clarks at Milford at the same time; hers had come from Much Munden in Hertfordshire by 1639, and his will of 1690 names his Marvin grandchildren. After Reinold’s death in 1676 she married, on 12 Feb 1677/8, Capt. Joseph Sill, “the famous Indian fighter,” and had more children by him. She died at Lyme on 1 Feb 1715/16, and her grave in the Duck River burying ground is to the left of her two husbands’ (source).
