Cause: mitral incompetency, of four years. Physician R. F. Swartz [?], Seattle. The informant was the King County Hospital. Buried at Auburn, Washington, 28 Dec 1918; undertaker George W. Scott, Auburn. Filed 25 Dec 1918, J. S. McBride, M.D., registrar.
