Notes
Born in England, she married Samuel Hall Noel, and their daughter Maud was born in Illinois in 1888. She is “Elizabeth N. Todd” on Maud’s marriage return of 1910 (Kathy Jonas’s tree has “Elizabeth A. Todd”). By 1918 she and Samuel were divorced. She died at the King County Hospital on Christmas Day 1918, with the hospital as informant, and was buried at Auburn, where Samuel then lived. Her death came a few months after her daughter had parted from John Morilon. It is not known whether Maud was then already with Capt. Richard Blackmer Holbrook Jr.
