As Matilda Davis, married, a housewife, she died at 1315 South Wabash Street, Kirksville, on 9 January 1918, aged 86; the certificate names her father as Jesse Collins and her mother as Mary Reed (record). The informant was E. E. Galbreath [?] of Kirksville.
Open questions
- Her husband, Mr. Davis, and when they married; the certificate calls her “married,” not widowed.
