Marguerite Flynn

Also Marguerite Patricia Flynn · Sister Mary Losa

A sister of Winifred (Flynn) Dwyer, probably a daughter of William Clifford Flynn and Anna Paulson, born in Missouri in 1906 or 1907 and living with the family at St. Joseph in 1910 and 1920. As the Ancestry tree has it, she became Sister Mary Losa of the Sisters of the Holy Names of Jesus and Mary and died at Marylhurst, Oregon, in 1995; very probably she taught philosophy at Marylhurst College.

A directory of American philosophers of 1966 lists “Sister Mary Losa, SNJM, M.A., Assoc.
