Hannah Stanley
Probably a daughter of Thomas Stanley of Hartford and the wife of Samuel Porter, a son of John Porter of Windsor. She went with him to Hadley, Massachusetts, where eleven children are recorded between 1660 and about 1683, probably among them Experience Porter, the father of Theodia (Porter) Walbridge. She outlived her husband by nineteen years and died in 1708.

Mother of Experience Porter. A daughter of Thomas Stanley of Hartford, she married Samuel Porter, a son of John Porter of Windsor, and went with him to Hadley, where eleven children are recorded between 1660 and about 1683 (source). Her father had one of the original home lots at Hadley, long let to tenants, and it passed to her husband. She outlived Samuel by nineteen years and died on 18 Dec 1708. Her husband’s brother John married her sister Mary Stanley (source).
