Open questions
- Is he the Major Caleb Low (1739-1810) of Danvers, a captain on the Lexington alarm and major in Col. Nathaniel Wade's regiment in 1780 (Massachusetts Soldiers and Sailors 9:1020)? The birth year fits, but no record yet joins them. If he is, Mollie is right that Major Caleb was a brother of Nathan Low (b. 1742).
