What it says

The shared online tree, seen in a screenshot of the landscape pedigree on 10 Oct 2026 (focus person K2Y9-975, off the left edge). Only the cards are seen, not the sources attached to each person. Compiled; the comparison with the archive, WikiTree and the Ancestry tree is in research/ellingwood/Short_Pattullo_Comparison.md.

As the cards have them (years as shown; “Deceased” where no death year is given):

The cards for John Short (1785), Alexander Pattullo, Thomas Robson, George Steel, John Lyall, Patrick Simpson, John Jeffray and Alexander Inglis carry the arrow that opens a further generation, so the tree may go further back on those lines than the screenshot shows.

Halket Pattullo’s death, 1855: not an error, as first thought (corrected 10 Oct 2026, evening). His widow’s gravestone at Woodstock has him dying “in Blenheim, this county, June 7, 1855” (gravestone-jane-robson-1879); the 1865 of Bourdon and WikiTree has nothing shown behind it.

Not an error, as first thought (corrected 10 Oct 2026): Jean Watson’s 1768. Her gravestone gives her age as 83 at her death on 8 Aug 1852 (gravestone-alexander-pattullo-1828), so she was born in 1768 or 1769. The 1771 Prestonpans baptism that WikiTree gives her (daughter of James Watson and Jean Dickson, FamilySearch XY2G-V2K) may be a namesake’s.
