Ancestry member tree with Maude Elizabeth Noel (1888-1986) as a wife of Richard Blackmer Holbrook (very probably Kathy Jonas's tree "Clifford-Dole")

Seen on Ancestry, 9 Oct 2026, and reported in outline; its own sources are not yet recorded. Kathy Jonas says her tree “Clifford-Dole” has Maud and the two boys (message-kathy-jonas-2026), so this is very probably the same tree. It gives:

• Maude Elizabeth Noel, born 18 Dec 1888 at Braidwood, Illinois; died 6 Mar 1986 at Hillsboro, Washington County, Oregon.
• Her marriage to John Randolph Morilon (Seattle, 12 Aug 1910).
• Sons Donald, born July 1911 at Seattle, and Douglas, born 25 Aug 1916 at Helena, Montana.
• Her mother, Elizabeth A. Todd, died at Seattle on 25 Dec 1918; her father at Algona, Washington, in Aug 1924.
• A marriage to Hiram Marion Wallace, dated 1922; “the death of her husband Richard Blackmore Holbrook.”
• Wallace sons born at Fort Yates, North Dakota, in 1927 and 1932; Wallace’s death at Mobridge, South Dakota, in 1960.

Checked so far: the 1910 marriage (marriage-return-morilon-noel-1910), Douglas’s birth (birth-certificate-douglas-morilon-1916), her mother’s death at Seattle on 25 Dec 1918 (“Mrs. E. Noel,” aged 50) and her father’s at Algona on 2 Aug 1924 (Samuel Hall Noel; both in the Washington State Digital Archives), and the Wallace household in 1950 (census-1950-corson-county-wallace). Not checked: Donald’s birth, which does not fit the Donald “age 5” of 1923; the Wallace marriage, whose date of 1922 does not fit her being Mrs. Holbrook in Sept 1923; and the link to Richard.
