Cited in the FamilySearch notes on Ralph Ellingwood Jr. as separating Ralph II (died after 1741) from his son Ralph III (lost at sea 1728/9), whom the older genealogies had merged or had “die young.” Not seen; probably vol. 17 no. 3. Its sequel is Madeline (Ellingwood) MacDonald and Gloria McGinley Picard, “When Birth Records Are Missing, What Then?”, The Maine Genealogist, Nov 2000 (probably vol. 22 no. 4), also not seen. Both are on the list of records to obtain.
