Anna Long
Wife of Lt. James Converse of Woburn, Massachusetts, whom she married in 1643, and probably the mother of Maj. James Converse, Indian fighter and Speaker of the Massachusetts House. Probably a daughter of Robert Long of Charlestown, she bore ten children at Woburn between 1644 and 1661 and died there in 1691, aged 69.
