Married Thos. Lowe at Polstead, Suffolk, 22 June 1630. A son Thomas, "son of Thomas & Margaret Lowe," was baptized at Groton 8 May 1631, and John, son of Thomas and Margaret, at Boxford, Suffolk, 2 Mar 1633. Wm. G. Low and V. B. Redstone think it "a probability" that this couple were Thomas Low of Ipswich and his first wife.
The Low master research rates her marriage to the Ipswich Thomas probable and infers that she died before about 1636 (Low Master Research, section 129). His widow in 1677 was Susannah.
Open questions
- Was she the wife of Thomas Low of Ipswich, and when did she die? The colonial tree says she died before the emigration, Thomas marrying (2) Susannah; no record of her death has been found.
