Son of Thomas Low of Ipswich; married Sarah Thorndike in 1661. Rufus Choate may also descend from him: his grandmother Ruth Low (bp. 11 June 1727, "d. Thomas and Anna") married Aaron Foster in 1754, and her father Thomas is apparently a grandson of the immigrant through John (our inference).
