Wife of Philip Stanwood of Gloucester and administratrix of his estate. Her maiden name is unknown. She married (2) John Pearce on 12 Sept 1673 (Bolton).

As administratrix she agreed a division with the children who were of age: "Jane Stainewood now Jane [Pearce] being apoynted administratrix to the estate of her late husband Phillip Stainewood, deceased, being now married to another man..." In old age a Town Book note says "John Pearce is very old, almost bed-rid, and relieved by the town" (Bolton pp. 20-22).
