What it says
The Society’s page for the Harlow Old Fort House, 119 Sandwich Street, Plymouth. Cited, with the Wikipedia article on the house, for the tradition that Sgt. William Harlow built it in 1677 with timbers from the Pilgrims’ fort on Burial Hill, taken down after King Philip’s War; for the 1996 survey by an architectural historian that dated it to 1700 or later; and for its opening to the public by the Society in 1921.
