What it says
From the research file (research/dwyer/Dwyer_Master_Research.md, October 2026), summarized (in copyright).
- Edwin, 12 Sep 1969, p. 70: came to Seattle from San Francisco in 1935 and started a printing-machinery sales and service firm that year; Army veteran of World War I; Knights of Columbus, Holy Name Society, the Craftsmen’s Club; of 5605 Sixth Ave. S.W.; Requiem Mass at St. Alphonsus. Survived by his wife Winifred I., son Jerome E. (Alderwood Manor), daughter Mrs. Patricia Mulka, brother Raymond (San Bruno) and sisters Agnes Boudinot, Nell Golden and Veronica Newman. The transcription’s summary has him retiring in 1944, which the 1950 census contradicts.
- Winifred, 2 June 2003: widow of Edwin C. Dwyer; “the retired owner of Edwin C. Dwyer Co. of Seattle”; survived by Jerome and his wife Patricia, Patricia Mulka, five grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren; funeral at St. Alphonsus; remembrances to the Sisters of the Holy Names, care of Sr. Joan Flynn, SNJM.
- Jerome, 10 May 2015: died 27 April 2015, aged 75; in the first graduating class of Blanchet High School, as was Patricia Hatten; spent his working life in the “family printing machinery business”; survived by his children Lynn (Mrs. John Ellingwood), Eric and Jennifer, eight grandchildren among them Jordan, Ross and Lauren, and his sister Patricia Mulka.
