Secretary Prosch’s report to the pioneers’ reunion at Tacoma, listing Washington pioneers who died in the past year: “Richard B. Holbrook died in Coupeville, Island county, in May, 1894. He was born in Plymouth, Mass., August 7, 1821; arrived in California March 4, 1851, and came to Puget sound in April, 1852, soon thereafter locating on Whidby island.” Found by Dasloops.
