What it says

“Justice Tinker’s popularity with the unwed and therefore unlucky is widening, for a couple of weeks ago he was called upon by a couple from far distant Hinsdale county, Colorado. They were Eli W. Clifford and Mrs. Mary E. Cavey [or Covey?], of Lake City, when they called, but both their names were spelled alike when they left. Satisfaction guaranteed and no leading questions asked, save those prescribed by the statutes.”
So Eli W. Clifford married a widow or divorcee, Mrs. Mary E. Cavey [?], before Justice Tinker at Aztec about the beginning of January 1902. The tree that posted it calls her Mary Gertrude Craig.
