  • 23 May 1745: Henry Newhall to Israel Ellingwood, mariner, for £200, “the Eastermost Moiety or half part of a certain messuage or Dwelling house and Land … at the North End of Boston”, fronting on Cross Street (1744-1745, image 413).
  • About Jan 1758: Nicholas Gray, barber, and Bathsheba his wife, mortgage to Israel Ellingwood of a North End house and lot, £84 8s (1757-1760, image 70).
  • 30 Apr 1765: “Richard Ellingwood of Boston … Cooper” to his father Israel, an undivided quarter of a North End house and land, £35 16s 8d; witnesses Adam Knox and Susanna Ellingwood (1764-1765, image 729).
