What it says
“Nathan Low Jun. of Deer Isle … Gent.,” with “my wife Hannah R Low relinquishing her right of dower,” sold Hiram Pond of Boston, merchant, two small lots on the Reach road “about fifty rods easterly of James Tylers house” and by land of the heirs of John Thompson, for $300 and $200. Witness Jona. E. Webb.
“Nathan Low Jun.” with a wife Hannah R. is Capt. Nathan, son of Major Nathan.
