- Usual occupation: “At Home - Retired-Housewife.”
- Father: Richard Holbrook. Mother’s maiden name: “Harriet ??”.
- Informant: Mrs. Harold Forrester, Hollywood, Calif.
- Cause of death: coronary occlusion (1 day), due to arteriosclerosis (10 yrs.). No autopsy. Death occurred at 12:30 p.m. Certified by M[?]. Johnson, M.D., Mt. Vernon, Wn., 24 Feb 1954.
- Disposal: cremation, 1 Mar 1954, Washelli Crematory, Seattle. Funeral director M. P. Hedgcock [?], Langley, Wn.

The informant, Mrs. Harold Forrester, was her daughter Alice (marriage-license-forrester-carter-1946).
The birth year, 1861, is ten years early: her delayed birth certificate (birth-record-mollie-holbrook-1870),
the 1900 census (“Dec 1870”) and the 1940 census (age 69) all put her birth in 1870. The day and
month, 4 December, agree with the birth certificate. Her mother’s maiden name was not known to the
informant.
