Mollie is “Mollie H.” [the H. perhaps for Holbrook], three months old and born within the year in January. Her delayed birth certificate (1930) and the 1900 census give December 1870. Her sister Josephine, who died at four, is not in the household. A Swift household (J. H., 54, and Emily C., 29) is the one before.
