What it says
Prints the proprietors’ list of “Ipswich-Canada” (now Winchendon), granted by the General Court in 1735 to the Ipswich soldiers of the 1690 Phips expedition against Quebec and their heirs. The claim list reads “David Low, Ipswich. Own,” meaning he claimed by his own service; in the first division of 4 Nov 1736 “David Low” drew lot “N. D. No. 8.”
