p. 218, the Montgomery County court martial of 23 April 1783 at Patrick Campbell’s house, listing men who “had refused to serve their present tours of duty”: “In Captain McDonnald’s Company, Joel Stamper, Daniel Blevins, William Minyard, James Cox, Meredith Collins, Stephen Austin, Robt. Briggs, Jno. Robison, Moses Indicut, Zachariah Simmons, Wm. Hill and John Saxton were under similar orders.”
