Notes
Wife of John Flynn of Emily Township, Canada West, and mother of James Murray Flynn, named with John in James’s baptism, 1847 (record). In the census of 1851 (taken January 1852) she is Ann Flynn, 38 at her next birthday, born in Ireland, Roman Catholic (source), and in 1861 Ann Flinn, 47 (source); both put her birth about 1813-14, where the Ancestry tree and Find a Grave have 1809. Her parents, Matthew James Murray and Mary Anne Crowley of Graghadragh, Mullagh, Co. Cavan, are as the Ancestry tree has them; no record has been found for them. She is not on the Peter Robinson lists of 1825.
