- Named together as Anna Mary Paulson's parents.
Anna Mary (Paulson) Flynn's father, named as Nils Paulson (Nels in one) on her marriage affidavit, Otoe County, Nebraska, 12 February 1896 (record), and on her Oregon death record, 1942, both parents born in Sweden (record). In 1896 Anna was "of Otoe County", so the family was probably in or near Nebraska City by the 1890s. Nothing more is known yet.
Not him (Ancestry hints in the Ancestry tree, left out): the Nils Pålsson of Malmö (1842-1886), whose daughter Anna Matilda married in Malmö in 1902; and the Nils Paulson of Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, a widowed miner in 1900-1920. See Anna Mary Paulson's Swedish origins: an open case.
