Frank Kuchenmeister's second wife and Joseph Kuchenmeister's mother. One of the eleven children of Jacob and Elizabeth (Bower) Borell of Bavaria, four of whom came to America: Louisa, Margaret, Joseph and Louis. Her brother Louis Borell (b. 1844) came to Wright County in 1865 and took 160 acres in Woodland Township; "Mr. Borell was a prominent man and served as supervisor of the town. For a time he was president of the Co-Operative Creamery at Waverly" (source). She is taken to be his sister Margaret by the name, the county and the time; her marriage or death record would prove it. Her stepson Jacob Kuchenmeister married Mary Borrell, very likely Louis's daughter.
