Thomas Boreman died about 1663, and his widow Margaret in 1673

His baptism is right, but he died in May 1673, aged 72 years 7 months (codicil 3 May, inventory 26 May 1673). Margaret made her will on 8 Aug 1679 and died on 25 Nov 1679 (Goldthwaite, Boardman Genealogy, 1895).
