The mitochondrial DNA of Elizabeth (Walker) Warren, wife of Richard Warren, from tested matrilineal descendants: haplogroup H1j10a. It has been found in descendants of three of her daughters: Sarah (six testers), Ann (one) and Mary (one). Mary's tester, with a full-sequence result, descends through Rebecca (Bartlett) Harlow. Matching results from three daughters' lines confirm the haplogroup as Elizabeth's. (The Warren research, from WikiTree, has five testers in the FTDNA Mayflower project.)
