Sewall's letter of 6 Jan 1689/90 "To Mr. John Mayo at Eastham": "When you were last att my house you spake of returning hether this winter Laden with oyll if the Ice did not hinder" (pp. 94-95). The Eastham John Mayo could be John (c. 1627-1706) or his son John (b. 1652).
