"Albert and Dan Allee" among the settlers up the river west of Long Prairie (p. 225). In 1876 Albert Allee was one of five men elected "to take charge of the estate and property of the Methodist Episcopal church at Long Prairie under the corporate name of the St. Peter's Methodist Episcopal church of Long Prairie" (p. 255).
