  • Mother: "Maud Doel" [Noel], of Seattle, white, 22, born in "Ill.," a housewife.
  • Her first child; one child now living.
  • Physician: M. W. McKinney, Seattle. Filed Oct. 25, 1911, J. E. Crichton [?], registrar.

The mother's maiden name is written "Doel" for Noel; her age (22 in July 1911) and birthplace fit Maude E. Noel, 21 at her marriage to John R. Morilon in Aug 1910 (Certificate of marriage, King County, Washington: John R. Morilon and Maude E. Noel, 12 Aug 1910). A tree of the Morilon family on Ancestry has this son as "Donald John Noel 'Mick' Morilon," born at Seattle in 1911 (Ancestry member tree with John Randolph Morilon (1882-1954) and his family (Kathy Jonas's tree "Clifford-Dole")). The Washington State Digital Archives' free index did not find it under Morilon (9 Oct 2026); Ancestry has the image.

The address of the birth, 4023 11th Avenue NE, is one avenue from 4023 12th Avenue NE, where the 1920 Seattle directory lists "Holbrook ... Maud Mrs" beside Rev. John A. Holbrook (Seattle city directories (Polk), Holbrook entries). Whether that is more than a coincidence is not known.
